Training Education

What can I write about in this post? I think I am going to write something about training. The question I want to ask in this post is how important training is. Is it something that every company does or is it something that not everybody does. Does every company need to have some training management software or can a company owner somehow do without it. These are only some of the questions I keep asking myself. I would like to know the answers to them myself. If it were that simple, I would probably not be wondering what the answers to those questions are.
